It’s asking me to log in into my account, but I don’t have one. Where do I find it?

As of right now most probably you do not have an account. Clicking in Sign up will allow you to create one.

Do I have to type in my full name?

Yes, it is imperative that you use your full name in all the fields required. Especially in the documents that need to be signed.

My address does not auto populate in the address field. What should I do?

Type what is closest to your home address and inform your recruiter so they can make the necessary adjustments, make sure that you provide a valid ID with an address or to type your FULL address in the Direct Deposit form.

What if I don’t pass the english test?

The English Test will allow us to assess your english knowledge. It won’t affect your recruitment process unless told otherwise by your designated recruiter.

If I’m in a Latin-American country, why is it asking me for a SSN or a W9 form?

Probably when you were entering your address it didn’t auto populate correctly. Please contact your recruiter so they can assist you.

How can I fix information on the Direct Deposit form?

You need to contact your recruiter so they can help you reset that information.

If I’m outside of US and MX what direct deposit information do I have to provide?

For our candidates in central and south america we only use Transferwise and Payoneer, please inquire about those apps and what information is required by them.
